1. What exactly do I receive when I purchase?

You will receive digital access to your selected product(s):

• Training Manuals: A professionally designed, non-editable PDF (custom-branded if selected)
• Document Templates: Editable Canva templates (where applicable)

Access details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Are the training manuals editable?

No. Training manuals are intentionally non-editable to maintain a consistent, professional standard of lash theory and education.

We do, however, understand that every educator teaches slightly differently and may have their own approach.

If there is any content you feel should be adjusted or slightly refined (within reason), you are more than welcome to contact us via our website or email us at [email protected]. We are always open to discussing this with you to ensure the manuals still reflect your academy while maintaining industry standards.

3. Can I customise the training manuals with my branding?

Yes. You can submit your logo and brand colours, and we will customise the manual for you.

The educational content itself remains unchanged.

4. Are the document templates editable?

Yes. Most document templates are editable in Canva. You can customise:

• Colours
• Fonts
• Branding
• Certain wording (for your business needs)

These templates are for internal use only and may not be resold or shared.

5. Can I share the Canva template link with my students?

No. Editable files and Canva links may not be shared with students, clients, or third parties.

Students may only receive PDF versions (non-editable).

6. Can my students use these templates in their own business?

Students may use the PDF versions provided during training within their own business.

However, they are not permitted to resell, share, or redistribute these documents in any format.

If students would like to customise and fully use the templates for their own business, they will need to purchase their own copy directly from The Lash Format.

7. Can I print the manuals and templates?

Yes. You are welcome to print all materials for use within your business or academy.

8. Can I use these documents with my clients?

Yes. You may use applicable templates (such as consultation or consent forms) as part of your client services within your business.

9. Can I use these templates for multiple businesses?

No. Each purchase is licensed for one business only.

A separate purchase is required for each additional business.

10. What email should I use at checkout?

Please use the email address linked to your Canva account (where applicable). This is where:

• Your access links will be sent
• Your templates will be delivered

Please double-check your email before completing your purchase.

11. What happens if I enter the wrong email address?

If you entered an incorrect email, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

12. Do you offer refunds?

No. Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided.

13. Can I resell or redistribute these templates?

No. All products are for your business use only.

Reselling, sharing, or redistributing (even if edited) is strictly prohibited.

14. Can I create my own templates based on yours?

No. You may not recreate, replicate, or use these materials to develop competing products.

15. Do I need Canva to use these templates?

Yes, for editable templates. You can use:

• Canva Free (sufficient for most templates)
• Canva Pro (optional, depending on your needs)
